[s-cars] Relayed high wattage Headlight issue

I had the same issue with my Dave Dawson Speciale 100w/100w low/high beam 
mod. Blau sold me a very expensive underhood relay that was an exchange item. 
When I say underhood, I mean in the relay box on the driver's side of the engine 
bay. When i called them I told them I had a relayed system and was getting 
that #@&?!!#@ light;-) HTH.
