[s-cars] Tweaking FMIC's?

I feel confident Hap would taxi faster if they would let him.

At 16mph, probably none.  I'm not sure what size orifice you've settled on
for Dave Stone/Precision Machines IC, but.... could the estimate for speed
be off of @5x to 10x, or more?  

I thought to move @ 275 cfm through, say a 2.4" diameter pipe, the flow has
to be moving at about 145.91 ft/sec or roughly 100, well actually 99.48,
miles per hour?  Am I missing something?
