[s-cars] Help..too many hc in Colorado

I have the same problem with my '89 200 wagon.  I have to borrow a cat once
every two years to pass the e-test.  I think that one is a lot easier though
because it is flanged on both ends.  If I had gutted cats on a car that
didn't have flanges at the cats I would put flanges on.

or you can change your oil, all filters, freshen your plugs and
drive it like you stole it directly to the testing facility and try
again. when they're good and hot they produce a lot less emissions.
