Gabriel:  Greg Johnson is one of THE two Gregs from BIRA.  Trust him.
He knows what fits under an OEM 16 x 8 ET40 Fuchs five spoke OEM S4
wheel.  The brakes he is talking are BIG.  Very little need (or
possibility)  to go bigger unless the car is regulary and seriously
tracked.

        If we are talking about the same wheels (UrS4 Wheels 16in stock
wheels -
        8Jx16H2 ET40, Labeled 4A0 601 025E or 4A0 60125E) you don't have
to
        ditch them for larger brakes.  You can fit a Porsche 996tt
caliper and
        the Porsche 993tt/GT-3 322x32mm rotor ring under this wheel.
This wheel
        accepts big brakes.
