[s-cars] How much coolant do these cars have

Hello again chaps,

Now that I've drained, flushed and filled my coolant, I need to add some
of that expensive pink stuff.  Does anyone know how much coolant there
is in these cars, so I can calculate the right amount of antifreeze?

By the way, did anyone else have problems with the heater after a
drain/refill?  My heater refused to work for nearly half an hour.  Have
I got an air lock some where?
