[s-cars] CD changer bracket

I tried for a long time to find one used and had no luck.  The dealer
still has an installation kit available for around $90.  It includes the
metal mounting bracket, the carpeted cover and all necessary hardware.
The whole thing took about 1/2 hour to install on my wife's 96A6Q that
originally was CD changer challenged.  Blau says they have the same kit,
but they want more $$ than the dealer!
