[s-cars] was: Anybody use a CB radio on trips? now: Countering"the Man"

So, my daughter was photo ticketed in a Chicago (kedzie/Belmont) traffic
light sting last month.  

Still don't know her explanation, but three pix show pretty clear that
the light was red and the car went thru the intersection.   Supposedly
it's not something that goes on the record. just pay the $90 and that's
it.. supposedly. 

This sting would easily have been defeated with a photo proof license
plate cover.  

Any suggestions/recommendations on this stealth item?
