Bill "Danger is his middle name" Mahoney?  Stop for a red light?  Hmmm...
have you been to Chicago?  Isn't there a 5 minute rule?  The light changes
to red and for the next five minutes cars may run the light at will?   ;-)

Why not just stop when the light turns red?
