[s-cars] Need engineer conversion for alignment specs

I have an old set of sightglass alignment gauges which
have served me well. The Bentley seems to list the
alignment specs in minutes. The gauges I have are in
degrees measurements. Can anyone translate what I
should have?

My prelim settings after changing front tie rods,
control arm and swaybar bushings are: 

Front:toe in about 1/8 degree. Camber 1.5 degrees
negative. 

Rear. Toe, haven't checked yet. Camber. O degrees.
