[s-cars] Vehicle Dolly - any good cheap source?

Looking for a couple sets of vehicle dollys for moving cars around
inside the garage. Hoping someone has a good source for a quality
product, I have found these on Harbor Freight's website:

Harbor freight's are $115, but what quality?

And I also found these on Ebay:

This seller has several auctions for these but wants alot for
shipping...Might ened up being cheaper to get them from Harbor freight!
Anybody know of a better soruce for these?
