OK, HRSB fans, having received my bar yesterday, I want to confirm that
I know what the parts are and that none got lost in shipping.
I have a bar (nicely wrapped, thank you) with (also nicely wrapped)
a pair of heim joints with bolts, locknuts, and washers
a pair of urethane (I presumae) bushings with
a pair of U-clamps
a pair of plates with through holes sized for the U-clamps
a dollop of grease, presumably to lubricate the bushings
I assume this is the first item on the list below
A pair of ~ 8-inch long plates, each with two threaded holes and two
counterbored holes
Do these compose the "Mounting kit" listed below?
A pair of small quasi-triangular plates with one largish hole each.
Do these compose the "Merican fix" listed below?
There were no directions. Is assembly obvious once one gets under the
car (mine is a 95, not a 92 or Avant), or are there directions posted
somewhere? Anyone posted a picture?
Thanks in advance
kirby
