Here's the info you need. The Merican fix is still not ready. Dave Dawson is 
the genesis of this and he has not had them machined. I decided to ship 
without them since it has been too long already. I can refund your $30 or you can 
wait. Let me know what you want to do. I am on a layover in Kona and can't 
forward a large file from Mike Pederson with the install info. I'll get it out 
tomorrow evening.
