[s-cars] Power steering stop leak

Kevin,
Never heard of anyone trying it. Audi uses a different type of system than
most car makers. It is more like an airplane with extremely high pressures
(read EXPENSIVE).
Replace the rack when you get sick of replacing the expensive and hard to
get fluid like everyone else does (50% of my S4 Audi fleet at 200K each).
