Here is a corrected Mapquest link that may be helpful to you. This will at least show the house in the right area.

Basically, from I-91 N or S, take Exit 40 Route 20 to Granby, East Granby, Bradley Int'l Airport. This is a highway connector between I-91 and the airport. Take the 4th exit off this connector, which will be Rt 20 Granby/East Granby. If you miss it you'll end up at the airport. There is one more exit before the highway ends at the aiport that you can take to double back. It's just before the speed limit slows down to 35mph (flashing yellow lights at speed limit sign) and Exit sign will read Hamilton Road North. If you need to double back it will be the 1st exit on the highway connector.
Once on Rt 20 follow it through East Granby and to the center of Granby. At the center of Granby, Rt 20 will intersect with Rt 10 & 202. Stay on 20 and cross over Rt 10/202, then bear right about 2/10ths of a mile onto Rt 189. Follow all the way on Rt 189 until you see the State Line sign (white sign, not very large), approx. 7 miles, then hard on the brakes, back up because you missed the driveway, and turn right at # 368.
