[s-cars] Toluene/Gasoline mix ratio

Assuming 114 for toluene, add 2 gallons of toluene for every 10 gallons of
94 Sunoco Ultra to get 97.3 I would think that would be fine for most
software if not overkill.

Using 93 octane will yield 96.5 still fine IMO, but if you want to throw in
another gallon of toluene on top of that, you'll be at 97.8

Using 92 octane gets you 95.6, throwing in another gallon of toluene on top
of the first 2, you're now at 97

Using 91 octane, well, I would consider relocating if that is all that is
available.
