You don't have to pull the tranny to fix that. You have to pull the exhaust
and the driveshaft. Same procedure as replacing the tailshaft seal.

Au contraire my good Canadian man...  yee forgetith this is Billeth
Mahoney's "alleged" red avant here we're talking about.  The tech simply
opened the hood and read the sticker outlining the 1st step for ANY repair
to Baloney's car "Step 1:  remove transmission".  

Been done so many times thus far the tranny apparently has begun to remove
itself...
