[s-cars] //SFest '04 recap - longish

We have one every few months here in Vancouver (Dave F. has done a good
job of tracking down all S-Car owners in the area).  Perhaps Dave F.
would be interested in organizing an S-FEST WEST?  I'm sure I would get
involved.
