[s-cars] Chipping

I don't think I've got much of a use for a 2.5 bar PT other than where I'm
going to stick the 3 bar PT,  so a part exchange ain't a bad idea.

As I recall, the $520 price I was quoted was parts only. Me having an
electronics degree and being a hardware designer for 8 years also being
handy dandy with soldering iron and braid , I was going to do it myself.
