[s-cars] would you rather have Nokian WR or Hakkapeliita

WRs are good in the snow right, and they pretty damn good dry road grip too right?  I plan on getting 17" wheels next summer sometime, but right now am having difficulty deciding on a tire as winter storms are being threatend on the local radar.
Would dry road handeling with the WRs be better than with Sumitumo HRZs?
what would you get?
