Yes, they do offer recommended rim widths.  However, I've run them with no 
issue on both my 15x8 urq rims, as well as 16x8 S4 rims, never with any issue.  
The 215's could possibly cause a rubbing issue, since they have a larger 
diameter, but I don't have any direct experience with them.
