[s-cars] Long cargo box on a sedan?

Is anyone running long cargo boxes on the tops of their sedans? I used
one on my 200 avant, and now that its gone, my S6 will be the ski car. I
was picking up the Yakima mounting towers yesterday and noticed that
Yakima does not recommend running long cargo boxes on top of the sedans.
When I say long, I mean length of skis, 6.5' or so. So is anyone else
using one, and have you run into any problems?
