When'r ya gonna trade that thing in for some never needs tweeking car?

I was wondering what da kine section below the license plate you were
referring to because I had to trim the plate to even get it to fit.
Then you asked

In your particular case these are for mounting your HID back up lights.  
Also, WRT filling the large center section, I used some hi performance
gutter type mesh from HomeDepot.  Paint/powder coat/anodize black and
you gain the look and performance of the F40 ~
