[s-cars] Need a beater..

Hello all, sorry, no s-car content, but I'm in desperate need of
finding a cheap car that is in servicable condition somewhere in the
New England area. Particularly any 4000 as they are the cheapest
around it appears, and the cheapest to get going. Anyone have any
contacts I might try or know of someone looking to unload one?

I tried force 5 a couple weeks ago and all chrish had was a 90 that
needed a tranny and 5000 that needed a muffler.  5000 would almost do,
but I know those can be picky SOB's (was my first Audi before the S4).
