[s-cars] outside temp illumination

When I did mine I decided to use a 14V version (CM8111) instead of the 12V
version (CM7219) for longer life since the alternator puts out ~14V anyway.
The bulbs are manufactured by Chicago Miniature Lamp.

Both are rated at 0.150 MSCP at their respective design voltages so the 12V
version will probably be a bit brighter but won't last as long since it is
being overpowered. But most folks have used the 12V version since that is
what most places carry and I don't recall hearing anyone having to go back
in for another replacement, at least over the last 2-3 years, so I may have
gone for overkill with the 14V. The 14V seems bright enough in any case.
