you could also buy the bulbs at an electronics supply store (or on line) and
de-solder the old ones from the holder and solder in the replacements.     I
don't have a part number, but it would be something like a 12V, 1.6/1.7 mA
lamp.

The last time I bought them they were $1.25 each from
Rod at thepartsconnection.com plus shipping, of course.
