Speaking of oil temp....my oil temp gauge has never worked. It just sits
a little above cold all the time and never moves. Has anyone else run
into this and been able to fix it? What might be the problem? I don't
even know where to find the sensor. ;-|

Hmmmm, sounds like I'm in need of a new thermostat too. My oil temp
usually takes a looooong time to get up past 60. Am I to understand
that the easiest way to make this repair is to start by removing the
transmission?
