[s-cars] heated seats

Marc,

One of the many things that makes these
cars "unique" is that unlike "normal" Audi's, the
leather on the center bottom cushion is stapled on to
the cushion with special european staples that no one
around me has. To re-assemble, you need to use a
combination of trim cement and normal stables. The
repair is good, but not quite factory. It was this
process that pushed me to buy a new element rather
than repair.

The S element is broken into sections; each one of
the separate "rolls" of center cushion has its own
section of element. They are connected at the
edges. One of the connectors on mine was burnt and,
as you say, easy to spot. Repair is certainly a good
option, but I spent the money on the element hoping I
could avoid making this as an annual event.
