UK spec 95/96 S6 cars also have the boost gauge - it's part of the computer
that does mpg, driving time, gallons used, average speed and miles to empty.

The gauge is a bit sluggish, so unless you're going up a hill, you can never
see the max boost in 1st, but in 2nd and 3rd it's usually easy to get the
max reading - it occurs just over 2,000 rpm and drops off a bit at higher
revs.

On my Avant, I can see 1.9 and somedays, (weather dependant?) I get a 2.0

On my wife's saloon (which does feel as if it pulls more strongly), I get
2.1 and somedays, 2.2

By the way, the perceived wisdom on this list, is that these gauges are
notoriously inaccurate.
