[s-cars] Completly stock boost pressure.

According to my Autometer 35 psi gauge I routinely see about 20 psig at 5500
feet of altitude in a totally stock '92 S4. This equates out to a absolute
pressure of 2.2ish Bar.  This is at 3200 to 4000 rpms in 3rd through 5th
gears and the boost eventually drops off to around 14psi at 7k.

My stock car will make 15-16psi on my vdo gauge, and read 2.0 usually and
occasionally 2.1 on the stock gauge, iirc. Sometimes, when the boost is
getting limited for some reason I will be limited to 1.7 or 1.8 on the stock
gauge. Also, in first gear I really have to abuse things to get 2.0 before I
run out of rpms (but I can do it). It's certainly possible that I have a
boost leak somewhere.
