[s-cars] Ottawa rich in S-Cars

Hmmmm....  I know of 2 pearl and 2 silver.  Haven't seen the yellow one 
yet.  I guess I'm one of the green ones.  So that would make 12 cars in 
the region so far.  

I see at least one or two a week around here.
