I have the same exact set up you are describing.  Stock '93 5 spoke
16x8 wheels running 225/50s.  Eibach lowering springs bought this past
summer from Shox.com on a recent mfg run, I bought the spacers that I
think are 10mm.  Bilstein Sports.

My car sits exactly level, with 2" gap between fender lip and tire,
both front and back.  I live in a small town in NH - no boulevard
cruising here.  I haven't hit bottom yet I don't think.  Although,
when I look under the car the Stromung downpipe is amazingly close to
the ground, I think...
