[s-cars] No Heat

I have no heat, now that winter is coming in my 95.5 S6 :(  The  climate 
control unit will also not distribute the air to the floor or the  windshield, and 
the interior temperature sensor fan is not working.  I  pulled the codes from 
the climate control unit: 8.5 - temperature regulator  flap, static block, 
11.5 - center flap, static block, 13.5 foot well/ defroster  flap. static block, 
& 15.5 - back pressure flap, static block.  
 
Before I change the foot well/ defroster flap motor I wanted to know if the  
non functioning interior temperature sensor fan would cause the climate 
control  unit to throw codes. or should I check anything else. 
 
I already checked all the fuses listed in the wiring diagram ( S7, S8, S11,  
S14, S15), and made sure that the heater control valve was not  closing.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
