You do not specify which car you have but I'm presuming, based upon the
fact that you are posting to the s-car list, you have some flavor of an
urS-car. They are all basically the same.
If yours is like mine, you do not need to remove or shut off power to the
radio to pull and clean the climate control unit. The radio stays in the
dash while the CC head is out. Granted, my radio is the standard issue
Blows with in-trunk 10 disc CD changer, but the two radios should fit in
the same hole in the dash and the CC head also is the same piece.
