hey guys,

does anyone have any suggestions with replacing front axles and/or
rebuilding cv joints?  my local mechanic told me that a cv joint is going
bad and he is suggesting, since my '93 s4 has 225,000 on her, that I find
two front axles and he'll simply replace both.  any thoughts or suggestions
are greatly appreciated.  along with specific axle shops or repair shops or
any recommendations as to where to buy parts, etc, is appreciated.
