I feel your pain. My seats are in pretty good condition even with 163,000 
miles. The passenger and rear seats are pristine and the driver's seat has a 
little rub mark on the outside bolster. I did run sheepskins for the first 100,000 
miles. Chad Clark gave a suggestion of a local CO lether repair shop that 
does quality work. Here's a link to a shop a local BMW guy used with before and 
after pics. They look real good. This is the way I'm going for now.
