[s-cars] Gremlins In Dash

Happy New Year's Everyone.  It seems that I've had some bad luck coupled 
with the worst timing.  HVAC system started to cut in and out.  Everything 
was working strong, then fan and display started dimming and coming back at 
the same time.  Finally, it cut out completely.  Turned on the seat heaters 
and wasn't too cold.  However, the windshield wipers then decided to stop 
working completely, as well as the light stalk on the steering column.  
DRL's work, but can't turn on regular lights, nor high beams, nor do the fog 
lights work.  Then rear defroster stopped working.

Anyone have any insight?  Do I have something in my dash chewing on the 
wiring?  Anything I can do while it's -10C out?  HELP?
