I needed one a few months ago and ended up buying it new.  It was a little
over 20 bucks (USA) from SJM Auto Technik.  Stealer price should be about
the same.  Nobody on the list had one to offer then, and the one dismantler
I checked with wanted more than a new one.  They come with grey primer on
them.  I lost a nozzle and the cover together.  The new nozzle was also a
little over $20, and there's just enough room to add a gear-type hose clamp
where it's connected to the rest of the washer assembly, so I don't think
this one is going to fall off again.
