Emarketing Project Manager

As a member of Britemoon's Client Services team, you will be the primary day
to day client facing contact to ensure on-time and on-budget project design
and implementation for our growing base of Agency partners and Fortune 500
clients. Manage all aspects of projects including developing functional
campaign specifications, budgets, project plans and timelines. Work with
Britemoon technical architects to optimize the use of the Britemoon platform
as well as review projects for accuracy, detail and adherence to project
specifications while managing clients' expectations during all billable
project stages pre- and post production. Collect project assets from
appropriate sources. Provide client technical support and training as
necessary. Must be able to communicate and work well with a wide range of
functions, including other project managers, developers, technical
architects, business partners and existing clients. Report weekly project
status to Management and clients.

Requirements
. 2-5 years of successful project management, ideally in an enterprise
software environment
. Strong project management skills -- excellent organization, attention to
detail, and ability to juggle several simultaneous projects
. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
. Good problem-solving skills in a technical environment
. Knowledge of database marketing and Customer Relationship Management tools
. A positive, team oriented & energetic attitude
. BA/BS degree
