[s-cars] Brake upgrade?

Bob,

Because I live in the "damp" PacNorthWest and for the very reasons 
you've mentioned, I decided to try slotted rotors and while the slots 
have not completely resolved the initial grip problem, they did reduce 
the grip gap time because the water and dust that gets between the pad 
and rotor surfaces has a place to escape.
