[s-cars] Idea: Survey to nail down build dates and feature changes

Sure, it would be interesting, especially as our
UrS4/6 age, and each year, we see another parts
car with various goodies being recycled and passed
about - I always wondered when the under-bonnet
inspection lamp became de-contented.
