[s-cars] Windshield Washers not spraying? (Yes there is fluid)

I dump a bottle of isoproyl alcohol in with my washer fluid.  Seems to
do the trick.

Pretty cold here in Denver this AM -2 to -4 deg.  When trying to
activate the Windshield washers I can hear them trying to pump but no
blue stuff.  Anyone ever have theirs freeze or act like this?  Using -20
deg washer fluid..so I would suspect it would freeze.  The head light
washers are working...fine
