Your electrically heated jets must not be working, or you need to try the
defrost button next time.
I am not sure what turns on the EHWWJ, but I know they are in my car from
the factory.

Pull the hoses off at the spayer head and see if you have flow there,
then
trace back to the problem.  When removing the hoses heat the ends with a
hair dryer (there is a heater for this sort of thing but a hair dryer
will
work).  Once the hoses are back on a little glue such a automotive goop
on
on the outer edge might help keep it in place.
