[s-cars] Windshield Washers not spraying? (Yes there is fluid)

Hey-
At least Hap and I have one thing in common on our cars-
Rain-X windshield washer fluid!

It comes in two formulations- one is wintertime, "deicer"
formula, and the other is summertime "debugger" formula-
whether they are one and the same, I don't know.

Rain-X fluid does a great job in helping to keep the Rain-x
treatment on the windshield as well, keeps water from sheeting
on the windshield so it improves visibility in bad weather,
especially the crud that we've been dealing with in the NE.
