[s-cars] Timing Belt in 1.8 hour

Seems low, but if all that was included was the t-belt and nothing else,
I suppose it could be done in 2.5 hours.
Having said that, I'd be cautious of a shop that quotes this low. Are
they using the right tools? (crank lock, etc.) Are they torquing the
bolts to the right spec? I did it myself in 8 hours and that included
the s-belt, tensioner, crank seal and t-stat.
