Scott, et al,

I wish to extend some gratitude to those who helped me
make it from NY to CO and back in one piece and no
major costs incurred.

To Scott J for organizing this whole thing and giving
us TONS of track time.

To Mike Pederson, who picked me up from the airport
and babysat my dirty laundry while I spend the better
part of a grand trying to get clothes warm enough to
sustain the mountain cold without frostbite.

To Bob Pastore, who gave me a place to sleep and, um,
"entertainment" throughout the trip, not to mention
very good Chilean imported wine among other things,
and for letting me drive his ricey new avant back home
2000 miles.

To Ben Howell, who so graciously let me use his wife's
V8 during the event.  You, sir, are a gentlemen and a
scholar, not to mention, delusionally confident in my
driving skills.

On to the event...

Had an amazing time between the scenery of beautiful
Colorado and the winter action (snowmobiling and ice
driving, can't beat it.) both on and off track.

I'd say I learned more at this driving event than any
track event or autocross, period.  I now feel
comfortable past the limits of cf, thanks guys,
escpecially my instructors, Bob D, Chad Clark and
David Hackl.

If you have the opportunity, come join the fun next
year, I know I will, and being from NY, you locals
have no excuse.
