[s-cars] BIG MAF to turbo hose

The big T04E turbo should be arriving next week. Any advice on using the 
stock MAF to turbo hose with the 3" TO4E inlet?

I'm thinking of buying a silicone reducer hose and a piece of straight pipe 
(not sure how much room is in there though). They're great guys, but there 
is no chance of me dropping $229 on the 2Bennett part.
