and I have various custom oneoff variations of these hoses. Ours affix

Boost" will put you in touch with a 5 part set of artcles that are s-car lore. 
One article has the author fashioning a rigid Home Depotish DIY MAF to turbo 
inlet hose that you might be able to somewhat duplicate for your puroses. Oh yes
