James:  I chased these clamps at a Napa store here in Vancouver.  On the 70 to 92 mm clamp, the Napa online price was $3.99 (US) seemingly per (each).  The local Canadian price was $16.99 (CHOKE!!).  Hello!  The dollar doesn't suck that bad anymore.  I didn't pursue the others but I will.  

Maybe I can do a group buy for our local club from Napa-online (joke - sort of).
