[s-cars] RF Remote Unlock (Not) and Keyholes

American UrS4s still had it.  Us Canajuns got the rip. I think they came
with the rear seat heaters that we didn't get either.  (winter package)

AFAIK Audi had this feature on the later Type 44 cars (my '91 200q had
it)
but dropped in when they added the remote lock/unlock feature - if you
have
a remote, who cares if the locks are frozen, eh? (well, it does matter
in
certain situations, but a design engineer's world is idyllic).

It seems Canadian cars do not have this feature.
