The article listed the European engine options.

Now that I look closer, the 2.7TS is the C5 ugly as sin current A6, 
bodystyle.  I'm not sure which options are available for the new one...

Audi isn't going away from turbo engines in the slightest though.  The 
B6 S4 was originally going to be a 3.0tt; however, Cosworth could not 
work out the wrinkles in time and Audi reverted to its shortblock V8 
planned for the allroad.  They plan on going to the 3.0tt for the next 
S4 revision.  I'm sure that engine will be seen in the C6 series as 
well.
